I hold an M.Sc. in Mental Health, an M.A. in Psychology, a PG Diploma in Counseling Psychology, and a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy. With 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, 6 years as a mental health counselor, and 3 years as a student counselor, I have worked extensively with individuals facing diverse mental health and academic challenges.
